MEET YOUR COACHES
Coach Lulu Huang
Coach Lulu will facilitate the in-person experience of these workshops. Lulu is a mental performance intern for MPGA and has been playing golf for the past 20 years, competing as a junior and college golfer. She is currently a Master's student studying Applied Sport and Performance Psychology as well as the Assistant Golf Coach for the women's golf team at Holy Names University in Oakland, CA. Additionally, she works as an Assistant Golf Professional at TPC Stonebrae working through the PGA PGM program.


Dr. Mat Park
Dr. Mat will be training you on the Basic Fundamentals of Mental Training (online). Dr. Mat has trained in psychology and has combined his clinical background with sport and performance psychology.
Dr. Mat has a masters in Sport Psychology and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He is a High Performance Psychologist and is currently an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business and Applied Social Sciences at Holy Names University. He has consulted with numerous world-class sports figures, olympians, politicians, and executives on how to infuse peak performance habits into their everyday lives. Dr. Mat runs the Mental Performance Golf Academy (MPGA), a worldwide online mental training academy for elite golfers on building a masterful mindset, emotional agility, and peak performance results on and off the course. He is also the host of the Mastering Mindset Podcast, a training platform to guide individuals on how to master their thoughts, their emotions, and their performances in life.
